Find an offline Last Epoch mod for a specific need: death diagnosis, clearer loot, inventory controls, camera settings or a content pack. The finder compares 10 real author projects, their release versions and required dependencies. Search by name, purpose, author or loader, then combine the type and season-statement filters.
The official patch baseline is 1.5.2.1, checked October 15, 2026. A source saying “Season 5” or “Last Epoch 1.5” does not establish support for that exact hotfix. This wiki has not installed or play-tested these projects. Unknown compatibility stays visible in every result.

Choose a project for your actual problem
| Your goal | Project to compare | Check before installing |
|---|---|---|
| Understand recorded deaths | Terrible Logs | Some captured fields remain unknown; boss notes are experimental |
| Read item tiers and rolls faster | Terrible Tooltips | Version 3.1.2 requires MelonLoader 0.7.3 |
| Reduce inventory work | Terrible Inventory | Version 2.0.3 says Quick Teleport is fixed; the older Nexus summary still says broken |
| Adjust the camera | Terrible Zoom | Follow the latest 1.0.2 loader requirement instead of the old page table |
| Keep cooldowns near your character | Terrible Cooldowns | Current instructions require MelonLoader 0.7.3 |
| Use a damage meter and guide overlay | LeHelper | Its April release does not explicitly state Season 5 support |
| Add custom equipment collections | Heirs of the Ages | Requires ItemFramework 1.9.2 and its dependencies; install one language edition |
| Explore broad offline controls | CCG or Syncingoutt’s HUD fork | Their files and install procedures differ; CCG does not name an exact game version |
For installation decisions and troubleshooting, continue to the Last Epoch mods guide. For a meter or companion app, compare the different options in the overlay guide.
Distinguish a framework, a content pack and a trainer
ItemFramework supplies the system for custom uniques, sets and affixes. Heirs of the Ages is an equipment pack that uses it. Installing the pack alone does not replace the framework or its loader dependencies. Heirs uses set IDs 130–179 and warns that another pack using those IDs needs a compatibility patch. Preserve your own ItemFramework ID registry when changing languages or updating the pack.
A trainer changes wider gameplay or progression systems. CCG’s newer releases use a control panel hosted locally in your browser. Syncingoutt’s HUD is a maintained fork of the older Ash package and supplies its own release files. Neither should be installed using a different project’s folder instructions.
What each evidence label means
Author states Season 5 / 1.5 support means that the linked author description, README or release notes explicitly claim Season 5 or the 1.5 version family. It is not a test performed by this wiki. Season 5 support not stated means the reviewed author source lacks that statement; it does not prove that the mod fails.
Updated is the source’s displayed date or the linked GitHub release date. Source checked is when we reviewed the source. A recent update is not a compatibility guarantee. The ItemFramework result retains a conflict between its 1.9.2 header and 1.9.3 changelog instead of guessing which label is correct.
Exact patch support unknown applies to every entry here. Test one project at a time with a backed-up offline save, using the exact files and instructions of the author release you selected.
Why is Quick Teleport still described as broken elsewhere?
Terrible Inventory’s older Nexus summary retains that warning, while its 2.0.3 changelog and author README say the Season 5 issues were fixed. Compare your installed release number before applying advice written for 2.0.2. We have checked those author statements and have not independently tested the fix.
Which Last Epoch HUD is current?
The original Nexus package displays 4.4.5 with a July 2025 update. The original repository’s v4.4.7 release targets Last Epoch 1.3. The finder lists the separate Syncingoutt v5.1.0 fork, whose October 11, 2026 release states Season 5 support. Keep the original package and the fork separate; the same name does not make their files interchangeable.

Each result links directly to its project release or author listing. Compare those instructions with the official 1.5.2.1 patch notes, the Terrible family author README, and the Syncingoutt v5.1.0 release when checking a newer download.
